Weather Conditions – Closings

In the event of severe weather conditions or a state of emergency which cause Spencerport and Churchville School Districts to close, the daycare center may be open. Please go to the WHAM 13 T.V. station for closing information or our Facebook page. The parents will still be responsible in paying for the off days, due to the fact we still have to pay compensation to the staff, supplies and the overhead expenses.

Home/School Communication

It is important that parents inform the Director or their child’s teacher of any change in address, emergency phone numbers, a different person picking up the child, medication, allergies or any information that would be pertinent to the safety or well-being of their child (ex: allergies Written specifics are required.)

Open Door Policy

Parents, feel free to visit your children at any time during the course of the day. You are always welcome at the child care center and feel free to call us if you have any questions or concerns. Other times such as play times, learning and lunches may be a better time to spend with the children.

Picture/Video Of Children

We would request permission to take pictures of the children at the center while they are playing indoors as we welcome special visitors / activities. If you do not wish to have your children’s pictures taken and displayed in the center, please let us know. We would like to show parents the different activities their children enjoy at the center.
